In vs. 17-21 Jesus calls his disciples to reflect on the details of the feeding miracles and asks, "Do you still not understand?" What did he want them to understand? 5. What does the disciples' incomprehension mean in regard to our own ability to grasp truths about God? 6. Why might the healing of the blind man come between Jesus' rebuke of the disciples and their confession of Him as the Christ? Do you see any significance in the healing taking place in two stages? 7.
